LAMS - Lepidoptera Aerobiology Modeling System

| LAMS Mission:
To develop a migratory lepidopteran aerobiology modeling system with
dynamic and sustainable information flows that improves management
of lepidopterans in sweet corn, and is useful for IPM in vegetables
and other types of maize. The system will have extensive monitoring,
modeling, and decision support components and is intended to fit into
the USDA IPM PIPE structure. This collaborative project is intended
to improve understanding of noctuid migration in North America through
cooperative research, extension, and education First LAMS Working Group meeting held at the Pennsylvania State University on June 27-29, 2007 |
